Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. You enter card details when you start, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What are AI credits?
One shared balance that every AI action draws from — an answer costs a little, a full document review costs more. Your plan tops the balance up each billing cycle, and you can buy extra credits any time. Every spend is itemised on your subscription page.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your subscription page at any time, with no switching fee. An upgrade starts straight away: you pay only the difference for the rest of the period, and the extra credits arrive at once. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
Is the AI a substitute for a real lawyer?
No. Go Legal Ai accelerates research, drafting and review — but for matters that need representation, you can escalate to the Go Legal team.
